New Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community
As a small business owner and Army veteran, I understand the value of hard work. Corporate dollars continue to fuel District 7 and more specifically, insurance funds. The biggest industry in District 7 is corporate insurance, and current incumbent Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D) received over $1,000,000.00 from insurance, real estate, securities & investments, and pharmaceutical industries during her 2020 campaign.
I am not controlled by corporate money. I act at the best interests and requests of the people I represent. Of course, I want all industries and businesses in District 7 to flourish; however, the success of all businesses–from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies–should not, nor will it ever, dictate the decisions I make in Congress. I am a man of the people, and I believe in the American Dream.
Whether a lifelong resident of District 7, a legal immigrant who recently moved to District 7, or simply a newcomer who moved to the District in 2021, you are my priority, my focus, and my concern. I want to increase the quality of life and elevate the number of opportunities for all District 7 residents, and I have not only the ability to achieve this, but I also have a plan.
That plan starts right now. I want to get to know as many of you as possible, hear your concerns, and determine what areas of improvement can be made on the federal level. Once these areas of interest are identified, I will identify the legislation that either (1) imposes a burden to resolve these interests; or (2) creates the burdens, itself. From there, I will begin drafting bill proposals I will introduce within my first 100 days in office–but the difference is I will be transparent with these proposals. I will ask for your input, your opinions, and prove to you that I not only can draft legislation, but I will articulate with the upmost clarity and transparency that your concerns are indeed, included. A government
ran by the people must be exactly that: ran by the people.
I will defend your Second Amendment rights–for without the right to bear arms, we lose the entire ability to prevent ourselves from tyranny. We must value our Constitution as the Framers intended and uphold the American values upon which the greatest nation in the world was created.
It's time to restore integrity and transparency in Washington.
